Where the weird guy who talks in a robot voice is playing a game in a chair and the music is blaring and another guy trys to come in and talk to him about how he can improve the video game hes in the process of making.

I thought it was this song – Come to daddy by the aphex twins, but im not sure.

It’s Windowlicker, done by Aphex Twin. The part that is playing in the movie is right at the buildup to the song’s high frequency synth ending. It was cool to hear a small portion of this particular song in this kind of movie.
