So I’m browsing the web and find a site or forum of some sort. I go to it, but it is blocked by a widget of some sort (they all use the same one) that says I need to take a survey first, and they all require a phone with texting capabilities! I wouldn’t give my phone number to these scammers, they’ll sell it! Even so, I don’t have a phone with texting capabilities (I’m only 13). Is there a way to bypass this (I use Firefox, so preferably a Firefox add-on or Greasemonkey script)

Yes!
It will require some manual labor, but these things are hackable…
Install the firebug plugin, it will let you change the source code of the web page in real time (This is where you should be worried btw :D)
You will need to delete the elements from the form, and raise the z-index property of the page on top of the unclickable div element… I’d send you a video showing how but its very complicated and every page has subtleties…
