In the year 2022, environmentalists have declared human beings as pollutants. Green Legislation allows agents to be established in order to randomly execute citizens in order to eliminate green house gas emissions. Green Agent Isabella Montoya is thrown in to a dangerous political game when she is manipulated in to assassinating a Senator. With the help of Corporate Agent Dawson and California Agent Kenji, Isabella is determined to clear her name and expose the truth.
