The Sims 3 – Building a House 2 – Shades of Grey – Part 1 – Architecture

The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com This is my first attempt at a “modern” house in Sims 3, I’m disappointed that it doesn’t have stages cos I used them heavily in Sims 2. Anyway, the basic design of this house is based off one of the premade houses back in Sims 2. It was also off the top of my head so things changed very often, building stairs in this game is so much more harder 🙁 Sound isn’t synced because it sounds atrocious at x8.5 speed, so ignore the sound effects. I’ve probably missed out on a lot of things to discuss but ask if you not sure on something that I haven’t already talked about. Enjoy!
