I am talking about indian TV channels (any language!) Its not just the idea, but also the script for a couple of episodes.

Also, what kind of money can i make??
How can i protect my idea?

Contact some one in Bali-wood. Look up some local production companies and pitch your idea. Most importantly put it in writing and get it notarized before you start submitting your ideas.
