Movie making software with split screen(s) effect?

Question by : Movie making software with split screen(s) effect?
I want to find a a movie editing software that can be used to make a multiple split screen effect like in this video http://m.youtube.com/index?desktop_uri=%2F&gl=US#/watch?v=UmG34QB07Bc.
I really want to be able to do the same effects as these guys do..I don’t care what the program costs I just want to know what’s the name of the program or programs I can do this with.
