in this cartoon kids movie, a bunch of animals are making a musical or some kind of show? i think two of them are cats and they fall in love. the “bad guy” is a little blonde girl who sings and her henchman is a monkey or a man who looks like a monkey.. and i think at one point, theres a flood.
