Valley screenwriter hopes movie will empower local nonprofit
Jeff Stevens, a 2000 graduate of Basalt High School, designed the poster for the film “Chapman.” Fundraising is under way to cover expenses for the film, which is being made by film industry professionals who are volunteering their time.
