Why do computers make digital noises when processing information in movies?

Question by Roberto K: Why do computers make digital noises when processing information in movies?
Have you noticed that in almost all movies when information is being
processed and appears on computer screens, there are always those high pitch sounds (digitized noises), that we never heard in our PCs for real! Can we make our PCs produce those sounds with some sound effect program?

it is the sound when your processor is working in full capacity the air exhaust fans run with a higher RPM. So basically that should be the noise of the exhaust fans of your computer
