Question by : Which camcorder should I get? HF S20? HF S200?

Im deciding between these 2 cameras.. The “HF S20″ and the HF S200”.

I can’t really make up my mind :/. I want to use it for youtube videos and making movies, etc. I’ll be editing on Sony Vegas or something along those lines (any recommendations or professional Editing software?)
Are these cameras easy to upload on a Windows 7? And to Youtube?
