I would like to find a school or something where i can learn the making of the movie. (Screenwriter, director, operator…)

Go to film school. In the US: if you’re on the east coast, look at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts; there are a number of schools on the west coast. There are also a number of good schools internationally, including several in London and the Northern Film School in Leeds, UK.
Do a little research to find the one that suits you, look at the application requirements, and start working on a portfolio.
