Childrenstheatreplays.com seems to have a large selection of plays for young elementary/middle school audiences and actors (and the scripts for some can be found online). Playscripts.com has a huge selection of plays for a wide range of audiences, many of which are family-friendly (I suggest Goldilocks on Trial). Check out some of the popular play websites (see Sources). Most of them have a browse feature that finds plays for a specific age group.
