Where can I find good information on the Hieratic and Demotic scripts?

Question by militantsalmon: Where can I find good information on the Hieratic and Demotic scripts?
I’m really interested in these two lesser-known Egyptian scripts, but I don’t know where I can find good, useful information on them. I prefer rather comprehensive resources, but really any help would be nice.

My favourite sources on Egyptian, except those of my Books (How to Read Egyptian Hieroglyphs, and Reading the Past). Would be Omniglot, and Wikipedia.
