Question by 11Matt11: Where can I find free or extremely cheap software to make online cartoons.?
I was to animate some cheap little cartoons but I need to find some software to do it. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy as long as I can insert each frame and turn it into a movie file so I can add sound to it later. Anyone know where I can find something like this for free? I would like to use flash but Im sure that would get pricey so anything else will suffice. thanks!

Flipbook is pretty cheap. Really though you can find all kinds of bootleg copies flipbook and flash around.
My boyfriend compiles all his animations in quick time when he’s home, I’m pretty sure that came with his computer.
You can create the drawings in paint, or by hand if you register them then throw them into quick time.
