I need a movie maker besides Windows movie maker or OneTrueMedia that makes it easy for me to make movies.

you will have to download or install something. You can’t physically do it.

There are some that you might be able to demo for free, but anything that will be easy (IE, something you could actually use) will require you to pay for it.
