Where can I find 30 Rock & iCarly scripts?

Does anyone know where I can find scripts for either of these shows? Interesting combination of scripts to need, but I have my reasons, haha. I would really, really love any help. Also, I know there are sites where you can pay for copies of the scripts, but I’d much rather get them for free.
