From whoever owns the copyright – typically the movie studio, but what movie are you thinking of? You’ll only be able to show a movie if it’s been released on DVD because getting hold of projection equipment for new films is mission impossible. Your local movie theater might be able to be convinced to run a special screening for you if it’s a film that’s out now and give you portion of the profits, that way you wont need the license yourself.
