It’s an animated movie that takes place in New York, I think, and there’s a big house with stray dogs. The old lady that takes care of them is riding a motorcycle with her parrot in the beginning, and it’s dark, when she sees a dog and takes him in later. She dies and her relatives are trying to get the house, but the dogs and bird stop them. I remember one of the girl dogs came from a circus or something… another really liked music and hairspray….Sorry if this doesn’t make sense…
