So Far Cool edit has probably been the best, Very stable

HipHop Music maker has the best feature sets and nicest interface But in pre Windows 2000 is prone to crash “ALOT” basically when ever you
drag a drop a huge Mp3 theres a good chance it will crash..
Its for video too but also crashes most of a time when you import your on movie file.
