Windows Movie Maker (WMM) is easy to use and comes with Windows. For starters I would definetly use that. You can add your own music, make scenes shorter, crop scenes, turn them into greyscale scenes, and a whole lot more. There’s alot of different movie editing programs out there, but I’ve used WMM for alot of the AMVs I’ve done and it works just fine.
