Ive been trying to find the name of this movie for the longest time. It was in the early to mid 80’s. It was an action type flick.

I want to say they were trying to make some sort of important delivery, so they used a tricked out semi truck. It has bullet proof windows, super tall smoke stacks which came in handy when someone shot a heat seeking missile at the semi, and it hit the smoke stacks instead.

Any help and I would much appreciate it!
