I think there is something in the genes that can be inclined to not like deformities and like appearance which are promising of further procreation down the line. Being obsessed with mis-figured people, probably isn’t in the best interests of genes looking to functionally survive. King Queens, have been around for civilizations. All breeding and probably having a greater chance at living than say peasants or surfs.
