I really think you need to shoot from two angles at the time of filming in order to achieve a 3D effect.

What you CAN do easily is make stereoscopic photos that look 3D when you place two of them together and cross your eyes.

Choose the thing you want to photograph, for beginners you should start with a simple object against a landscape like a tree or house. Try to choose something with different depths. Hold the camera against your left eye and take the picture. Then hold the camera to your right eye and take the picture. Put the two pictures next to each other (you can just add them to a Microsoft Word or Appleworks document so they’re smack next to each other.) Now do the thing with your eyes where you kinda cross them and make the images move on top of each other. When you line them up with your crossed eyes, they will look 3D.
