what is meant by DVD-RIP and how they are all making the movie so clear and compressed in that format pls guide to now it i have seen this in tamil thunder website where movies are so clear to see

DVD rip means the hard copy was a DVD, although this means the movie is clearer, some label their movies as DVD rips when they are obviously not.
