Well, I really would like a new program for making lyric videos on youtube, here are my requirements:
-Must be free.
-I’d like to be able to add GIFs
-It would be nice to be able to move the text boxes around.
-I’d like a lot of transitions and text effects.

You don’t mention what Operating System you use or plan to use, so it’s very hard to say at this point
