Question by audacious83: What is a good free program to Download to edit and create new mp3s?
I like making movies on Windows movie maker. I want to be able to put songs to the video but be able to edit the song where it only plays the parts I like and doesn’t start from beginning. I also would like to be able to make an mp3 that I can blend the volume down or blend it right into another song. Is there a free program to do that?
