What can i use to fill the head of a duct tape dummy?

Question by Sean: What can i use to fill the head of a duct tape dummy?
i am makeing a duct tape dummy of myself that will be used for a mannequin of my self for makeing halloween costumes and as a stunt dummy in movies i make. i need something that i can fill or at least coat the head with that will be hard and cheap but won’t easly break or distort the face. any ideas?

Fill with crumpled newspaper
