What are your tips for making the movies a better experience?

Question by kpslover007: What are your tips for making the movies a better experience?
Besides getting Netflix or a similar service not bipolar! I mean what advice do you offer to make the cinema a better place?
For me, it would be arrive early, know what movie you wanna see beforehand, bring in your own food, [don’t worry, the staff won’t care, they know cinema food is expensive crap! If only they had a Starbucks at the cinema I won’t mind buying food there!] But still, at least buy popcorn there, don’t be cheap! Use the bathroom before the show, turn your phone off or at least on vibrate. If you keep it on vibrate, step out to answer your phone, keep talking to a minimum and try to keep it relative to the movie. Then after the movie, make an outing of it by getting food at a nearby restaurant [That’s right, I’m a movie and dinner guy, not dinner and a movie!] also write an honest review after the film preferably in a public forum online like rottentomatoes.com. Also, it aint worth it going out to see a 2D film anymore. If I’m gonna spend big, it better be in 3D! I don’t wanna see Tyler Perry’s repetitive stories but rather see a classic like the Lion King come to life!

No idea where you live but, here, in Atlanta there are a couple of movie houses with real tables that serve dinner and drinks. I don’t think any of them are 3d. There is something special about watching a movie while a waitress brings me another drink.
