When I am on Super Poke Pets and decorating the habitat a Microsoft notice pops up that says something to the effect that scripts on the website are causing the computer to run slowly. What can I do about this?

Scripts are pieces of programming code that run on top of an engine. In the case of your browser, this is most likely Javascript.
You can disable javascript, however that takes functionality away from the site. If the scripts are running slow, someone probably didn’t do a very good job programming them.
