“X”-News is scripted to trigger sensitivities known to be most prominent in X-type personalities. “Y”-News, likewise for “Y”-types, etc.
And it’s much easier to watch that show we love to hate than to sell every TV in the house, cancel cable subscriptions and use the thousands of dollars we save, monthly, to buy gas and drive to the local library and check out books that will reveal to us the true nature of American party politics (Big Bird is less scripted).
So, at a time when most of the world is using new materials, robotics technology and automation to tap into undersea currents for endless free energy to power their inexpensive, posh little roadsters, we’re spitting at contrived, scripted drunks taking sides that don’t exist anywhere in the real world.
