i want to get into acting and making movies but the thing is it seems like when i watch movies the actress in them are very pretty and i never seen an “ok looking” one. i want to be in movies and start making them because i did some acting in i really got into it but im not very pretty and i feel like no one will want me

Hi, I felt exactly the same way. I never felt pretty enough to act but this past year I’ve begun taking acting classes.I actually thought if I went to an acting class people would laugh at me for being ugly and having the nerve to turn up. I always thought you had to be beautiful to be an actress but search for actors/actresses without makeup online on the results will surprise. Some of these stars look worse than average. With a bit of airbrushing and makeup their looks are enhanced. Remember we don’t all have the luxury of having proffesional stylists, photo editors ect.. If your passionate about acting and film making start taking small actions. Sign up for a class, read some books on film making ect..

Besides you probably are pretty. People tell me Im pretty but im the type of person who doesn’t feel it no matter how many times I get told it. So perhaps things aren’t that bad after all.
