Well, for one man, it becomes literal… The Warranty Department FACEBOOK! www.facebook.com/thewarrantydepartment A Film by: Garret Lawrence Starring (In order of appearance): Spencer Frederick as Jim (Our hero) Garret Lawrence as Mysterious Voice, Customer Service Rep 1 Zach Allen as Exterior Guard 1 Brett Carroll as Exterior Guard 2 Vinni Hults as Interior Guard 1 (With rifle) Jake Vigstrom as Interior Guard 2 (With handgun) This is my first ever attempt at a short film. This was actually filmed as my film class project. Shot in 1080p at 24p with varying shutter speeds and exposures Camera and Equipment used: Canon Rebel T3i Canon EF 16-35 f/2.8 L series RODE Video mic Opteka X-Grip Tripod Software: Editing – Avid Studio Audio – Avid Studio and Audacity I ended up spending about – dollars on making the film itself, as I have almost no money, but I am pleased with the results. Special thanks are in the credits. constructive criticism is accepted and encouraged. 🙂 Except for the obvious tripod shots, the entire film was shot hand-held, using the X-Grip as a makeshift shoulder mount.
