The sims 3 house building – Modern ultra beach 2 – part 2

ok! so here is the second part of my “modern ultra beach 2” house, i have fixing a little, and the house looks fine 🙂 and have started to began with the garden… it´s not many flowers and trees yet, im just making the ground and my garage, i have a lot to do with the garden so im looking forward to next part 🙂 the download link: se.thesims3.com

I hope to have the finished version up sometime in the next couple of days. Features double underground garage, big living room / kitchen and dining area, underwater observatory, big living area, fancy bathroom, master bedroom on forth floor, paths with palm trees in the middle and a cool little hut. Theres four floors all together and five including the basement aquarium. I’m currently working on – Fully furnishing the entire lot. – Editing the area around the lot to make it look better. – Improving wall coverings. – Renovating the interior (adding more rooms). – Adding scenic lighting outdoors. Two console commands were required to build certain parts of this house. Constrainfloorelevation false – (used for pool windows) Moveobjects on – (used to stack pillars, place certain lights etc) Once I’m finished I’ll be making this house available for download and uploading an updated video.
