Does anyone know where to find Artistic Habitats sims 2 downloads

I was searching some websites and saw some things that were seriously awesome and would like to use them to make a sims movie but i couldn’t find a link so if anyone knows where to get them it would be great to know where.

p.s. Artistic Habitats is the artist of the custom content
Also if anyone knows where i can find a hairstyle that has a fringe/bang that covers one eye for females

There used to be a site called http://www.artistichabitats.com/ but it’s gone now. I don’t know what happened to it, but some of the stuff can be downloaded here:
