You don’t need to download anything other than what comes with your version of GMOD to get these effects. However, I do recommend downloading the NPC Camera add-on at this link garrysmod.org to use an NPC point of view to film your machinima movies (includes slight head-bobbling). There are many other different styles of filming you can utilize out there but the ones addressed here in this video are geared toward single player directors.
