i have the sony handycam dcr-sx41 and the only video editing software that it will work on is PMB which came in the box with the camera. i got the trial version to sony vegas 9.0 and it didnt work on there, so i tried something a little simpler and used windows movie maker, but when i chose import from device, i plug in my camera and it shows and error message. i thought about saving a movie off of pmb to my lap top and then importing it, but the pmb doesnt have a save option. is there something wrong with my camera/ laptop? or did sony just not want this camera to work on other editing softwares?… which doesnt make sense because sony mad sony vegas 9.0
