Scripts on Youtube.com and website help?

Okay so im trying to pursue an acting career and have an idea to act out skits on youtube.com that I got off the internet. I found a website with good scripts. i was just concerned if I could use the scripts without it being a copy write issue. On the website it says “These monologues are free to use as long as they are not sold in any way,” if I use these scripts on youtube.com for my acting career would that be considered as “selling” the scripts?

Get a camera, grab some friends and collaborate on a story together, like this:
