I used to have a Windows Vista, and I switched to a macbook. Movie making is very important to me, and I used to do alot on my old computer. But when I went into iMovie it didn’t have any effects or transitions, only splitting tools. i really need to use sony vegas, but will it work? i really want to continue making movies, so sum1 please help me!!

Sony Vegas is Windows only – theoretically it will work if you purcahse Windows and install it on the Mac under Bootcamp.
Or look at Final Cut or Final Cut Express from Apple
