A local corner video store is renting movies before official street date. days before street date they are available, sometimes weeks. So, that leads me to beleive they are bootleg, unlicensed or legal copies. Who can I contact to report these people who are making money, and taking money out of others pockets by violating copyright laws and business ethics.

The FBI. There is that FBI warning at the beginning of all movies. They should be able to tell you where to call.
