If you’re looking for a program to download that will take images and convert them into a movie file, go to giantscreamingrobotmonkeys.com or Google Monkey Jam. It’s a simple free software that takes images and exports and AVI file at whatever frame rate (FPS) you want. Then take the AVI and edit it in a movie editor like Windows Movie Maker or Pinnacle. Free and simple, try it!
