Q&A: What movie is this scene from?

I saw this movie at least 5 years ago and this scene has been stuck in my head for months now. I’ve tried search engines, forums, friends, etc. but I can’t find it. Here is my *slightly* detailed image that I can remember.
:: There is a group is kids (males), that are trying to make this older male look bad or something. One of the friends dresses as a girl (night gown) and lies in bed with the older male. The others are trying to get a picture of the older male. So, when the boy got in the bed, the older male put his arm over him, which caused the boy to be stuck. A moment before that, one of the boys from the group says “Put your head on his shoulder to make it look real” He wakes up and the camera suddenly flashes and they all run out of the room screaming. ::
I suspect two movies which I’m having doubts about. Slappy and the stinkers -OR- The Little Rascals. Please give me your thoughts on what the movie may be, so I can rent it as soon as possible. 🙂
