im making a movie i have a rough draft what would be the next step

Proofread it. Rewrite it. Get someone who is not a family member or friend (preferably someone who is in the entertainment industry) to read it and give a critique. Then proofread and rewrite it again. When you are sick of looking at it, ship it.
P.S. I recommend Final Draft if you are on PC or a comparable program to actually format the script itself. It is very good about doing all the technical stuff for you.
