Ok so i am looking for something that i can download to my laptop. It is a 32bit windows 7. I am looking for something that is paid. Something that i can make a really good night vision effect. Masking everything that you can do that makes a movie look really cool. Im talking about like Special effects and visual effects as well. I cant download adobe after effects cause its only for 64 bit. So anything else would be really great. Something is good and Professional. And where i can lighten up the videos make it HD. I don’t care how much it cost. Money is not a issue.
