I am looking for someone to tell me where I can find some good downloadable movie making software. I want it to make an introduction video on youtube but I do not want to use any pictures just text. Some examples of the software I am looking for is Sony Vegas but i already downloaded that.

Final Cut Studio, Apple Shake 4.1.
However, it doesnt sound like you are too experienced. If you are only wanting to use text, this would be a complete waste of features and money for you. You would be better using powerpoint, or Apple MovieMaker
