Well you can find all sorts of scripts at www.simplyscripts.com, if you’re looking for an unproduced script, they have a small category of them, although the rights are reserved by the writers of those.
As for short film scripts, good luck! People don’t write them just to write them, they write them to either direct them or write them and sell them for someone else to direct.
You can’t just produce someone else’s script.
You’re going to need to write your own or get a friend to write it for you. Even if you produce it as a project for your friends to watch it is still against the law…

Get a character, put him in a tree, have people throw rocks at him, get him down.
