Hi there.
If I made a website and showed a movie on it(pay per view), is there any way possible to make sure that movie can’t be copied and downloaded for free else where?

I’m going to assume that this is your own work, because you will never legally be given the rights to any Hollywood movies.

No, you can’t stop it. If someone wants to record their screen while watching the movie and then distribute it for free, they can and they will.
