i have downloaded a movie from youtube part by part. there are 15 parts altogether. my question is that i want to burn the parts into a dvd-r, but will it work normally like a real movie. or should i make the 15 parts into one whole movie. i don’t know how to make the parts into one whole part so i need your help please?

use a real player software, edit the movie by saving it and copy it to the dvd.
