If so what book is it that he’s making into a movie.

Not exactly, and by that I mean that Stephen King himself isn’t making the movie. His short story “Home Delivery” (from the collection Nightmares & Dreamscapes) has been optioned as a theatrical release, but all I’ve been able to find out so far is that it will be directed by Ryuhei Kitamura. Nothing on a possible cast or anything like that. I’m pretty sure this is what you’re referring to, as it’s the only King work I can think of that’s about zombies *and* is being made into a movie.
