Question by : i want to make a short movie about me and my friends..whats the best movie program to make it happen?
i want to have special effects,and easy cut,but im using WinXP unregistered….any suggestions??
and im not using windows movie maker…its annoyingly hard and it cant read VLC videos

Start with the built-in Windows Movie Maker.
