Q&A: I need help with the videos from my digital camera…?

Question by ((I ♥ HP™)) [DA] {MCRmy}: I need help with the videos from my digital camera…?
I don’t know much about this stuff, but it takes “.mov” videos and those don’t work with Windows Movie Maker. I don’t want to have to use a converter every time I take a video; is there some way I can make the camera take “.avi” videos or something? It didn’t say anything about this in the manual. I need help, or I’m going to have to get a different camera =/

It’s a GE and the number thingy on the front is A1230 (is that the model number? I know nothing about this stuff)

well first u have to program ur pc with the camera,so u can up load them into the pc,from there u should be able to edit or do what ever u wish with it,as long as that program was Incorporated in the program that came with the camera, other wise u will have to find a program compatible with camera and pc.tech.support of ur internet provider and of the camera maker should be able to help u find the right program to do this.depending on what u are doing or up loading into what, will depend if u need to use a converter, depends on the compatibility between what u r using..
